Rain is expected at the New Wanderers Stadium and India captain MS Dhoni says he took that into account, as he believe that bowling with a wet ball will be difficult.

In team news for South Africa, there is no Graeme Smith, who is still away, following the death of his grand mother, but fast bowler Dale Steyn and all-rounder Jacques Kallis are back.

Mohit Sharma is among the players starting for India today, but there is no Umesh Yadav.
