DALLAS – Case McCoy threw two touchdown passes, and got one each from his defense and special teams, and the Texas Longhorns upset No. 12 Oklahoma 36-20 win over in the 2013 AT&T Red River Rivalry on Saturday.

The victory say Texas (4-2, 3-0 Big 12) stayed undefeated in conference play from the opening three games, while the previous unbeaten Sooners (5-1, 2-1 Big 12) fell to its first defeat overall on the season.

The defeat saw Bob Stoops’ team  surrendering the Golden Hat Trophy for the first time since 2009, but the head coach still believes in his troop.

“I still believe in our football team,” Stoops said on www.soonersports.com after the game. “We are going to continue to improve throughout the year.”

Also beaten on Saturday was No. 7 Georgia (4-2, 3-1 SEC) who were stunned 41-26 by No. 25 Missouri 41 (6-0, 2-0 SEC) at Sanford Stadium.

Georgia were playing without several key players.
