LONDON — Top English Premier League goalscorers following the matches that were played in round 28 on Saturday and Sunday, Feb. 23-24.
Tottenham marksman Harry Kane, who scored the winner in the 1-0 victory over Crytal Palace on Sunday, leads the list with 24 goals.
Kane headed the list of the top English Premier League goalscorers last season with 29 goals.
Liverpool scoring machine Mohamed Salah has 23 goals already this season and he as also on target in the Reds’ 4-1 battering of West Ham United at the weekend.
Also hitting the 20-goal mark this season is Sergio Aguero of Manchester City.
The Argentine international has netted 21 times in the league this campaign and has high hopes of catching the leaders.
Raheem Sterling of Man City has scored 15 times in the EPL already with Romelu Lukaku of Manchester United, Roberto Firmino and Jamie Vardy all have 13.
Chelsea’s Eden Hazard has scored 11 English Premier League goals and the Belgian is followed by Alvaro Morata, Glenn Murray and Wayne Rooney who all have 10 goals.
Arsenal’s Alexandre Lacazette has netted nine times with his fellow Frenchman Anthony Martial of Manchester United also finishing Week 28 on nine goals.
They are followed by Gabriel Jesus of Manchester City, Heung-Min Son from Tottenham, Manchester United’s Jesse Lingard and Alexis Sanchez and Riyad Mahrez with eight English Premier League goals.
