Midfielders Eden Hazard, Kevin Mirallas and Mousa Dembele are all on the bench for the start of the game, but a strong team has still been picked for the contest.
Belgium are three points clear at the top of Group A ahead of Croatia, while Scotland are holding up the table after just one win.
Meanwhile, with Kenny Miller deciding to retire from international football, Wolves forward Leigh Griffiths has been handed the starting place to lead the attack for Gordon Strachan’s side.
Starting tonight in attacking roles as well are Shaun Maloney and James Forrest with Robert Snodgrass also named in the starting XI for the hosts.
Elsewhere, David Marshall starts in goal for the suspended Allan McGregor, while Scott Brown and Charlie Mulgrew start in the middle.
