(Sporting Alert) — Week 8 in the NFL sees the Kansas City Chiefs, the only undefeated team left in the league this season, taking on Cleveland Browns, while the Denver Broncos will look to bounce back from their first loss of season.

Kansas City (7-0) take a 4-0 run at home at the Arrowhead Stadium into their clash against Cleveland (3-4), who are currently on a two game losing streak.

Andy Reid’s Chiefs edged out the Houston Texans 17-16 last week in a battling game and linebacker Derrick Johnson says with the right attitude, he and his teammates are now targeting an 8-0 start to the season.

“The best thing about this team, we’ve had a lot of bad luck in the past; we’re taking success the right way, being very humble about it,”  Johnson said.

“Character speaks after a win and we will still come back and grind like we’re losing. We’ll come back and try to get to 8-0. It’s a great feeling. We’re loving it.”

The Peyton Manning-led Broncos (6-1) suffered its first defeat of the season at the Indianapolis Colts at his homecoming last week, but will be looking for some comfort on their return to the Sports Authority Field at Mile High.

Sunday’s game sees Denver going for  its 11th straight regular-season home win against the Washington Redskins (2-4) and with a 4-0 record to start the new term already, no one is betting against them bouncing back from the 39-33 road defeat at the Colts.

Over at the Wembley Stadium in London, England, the winless Jacksonville Jaguars (0-7) will take on the San Francisco 49ers (5-2).

The 49ers have won its last four games, including a 31-17 victory over the Tennessee Titans last week and will start favourites to pile on more misery on the Jaguars difficult start to the season
