Wilfried Zaha: “I will play for Man United when my manager feels I’m ready”

MANCHESTER (Sporting Alert) — Manchester United forward Wilfried Zaha has come out to dismiss reports that the reason why he’s not playing in the first team setup regularly is because of a falling out between himself and club manager David Moyes.

There have been several reports about the Manchester United rookie being caught having an affair with Moyes’ daughter, which has apparently annoyed his manager.

However, the England winger, after dismissing the reports already earlier this year, has once again branded the suggestions as silly rumors, adding that he will get regular Premier League minutes when the time is right for him to play. He wrote on his Twitter account: “I’ve never dated or even met David (Moyes’) Daughter so that isn’t the reason for my absence in games. “I would like to stop all these false accusations .. I will play for Manchester United when my manager feels I’m ready.”

Zaha made a £15million transfer move to Manchester United from Crystal Palace in the summer. He was purchased by the then-boss Sir Alex Ferguson, who retired at the end of the season after winning the English Premier League.

He handed over the squad to Moyes.
