ATLANTA, GA (Sporting Alert) — College football bowl games and TV schedule for the matchups on New Year’s Eve on Tuesday, December 31. Amongst the bowl games on the list for Tuesday is the battle for the 2013 Chick-fil-A Bowl title.

There are four games in total, with the AdvoCare V100 Bowl, Hyundai Sun Bowl and AutoZone Liberty Bowl crowns also up for the taking.

No. 24 Duke (10-3) and the 21st-ranked Texas A&M (8-4) will do battle for the Chick-fil-A Bowl at Georgia Dome in Atlanta, Georgia. Game time is at 8:00 pm ET and will be streamed live on and televised live on ESPN.

“If we can win this game, it’ll be the first time in the history of this program we’ve won three bowl games in a row,” Texas A&M head coach Kevin Sumlin said. “That’s significant.

“There’s been a lot of football games played and a lot of guys come through this room who can’t say they’ve done that. That can be real special for our seniors and it can really propel us in the offseason.”

When the action kick-offs Tuesday night, the Aggies will be hoping to end a two game losing streak, while the Blue Devils come into the contest after losing 45-7 to No. 1 Florida State in the ACC Championship game on Dec. 7.

Duke was beaten 48-34 by Cincinnati in the Belk Bowl last year and will be hoping to make amends for that disappointing loss.

“It’s the ‘W’ that we left on the field last year, and we know that we’re going to work hard for this one,” said junior tight end Braxton Deaver. “We want it just as bad as we did last year.

“I think that cohesive bond to really want to win this and come here and focus, and not mess around, not do anything we’re not supposed to be doing, but just realize what’s on the table is what we’ve been doing.”

Meanwhile, No. 17 UCLA (9-3) will do battle with Virginia Tech (8-4) at Sun Bowl Stadium in El Paso, Texas for the Hyundai Sun Bowl.

The Bruins knocked off the Southern California on Nov. 27 in their final regular season game to register its first win at the Trojans since 1997, have won four of its last five games and will be hoping to end the season the same way they started the term after winning their five opening games.
