Champions League HT Scores – Sept 17

(Sporting Alert) — The following are the half-time scores in the opening fixtures of the Champions League on Tuesday night.

Amongst the leaders after 45-minutes are the defending champions Bayern Munich, who lead CSKA Moscow 2-0, follow goals by David Alaba and Mario Mandzukic.

Manchester United, on a goal from Wayne Rooney have taken a 1-0 half-time lead over Bayer Leverkusen at Old Trafford, while fellow English Premier League outfits Manchester City are being held 0-0 at Plzen.

Real Madrid, through Isco lead Galatasaray 1-0 on the road, while FC Kobenhavn have taken a shocking 1-0 lead against Italian champions Juventus.

Elsewhere in the Champions League, Benfica with goals from Filip Djuricic and Luisao lead Anderlecht 2-0, while in that same group Olympiakos and Paris Saint Germain are locked at 1-1, with Vladimir Weiss cancelling out Edinson Cavani early strike.
