FORT LAUDERDALE, FL – The following are the college basketball ESPN3 schedule and the AP Top 25 games on Tuesday, Jan. 2.
A total of 12 games are listed for the ESPN3 schedule, while six contests involving top 25 teams are also on the night’s program.
Among the ranked teams in action tonight is No. 11 Texas A&M, which takes on Florida in a Southeastern Conference showdown at Reed Arena in College Station, Texas.
The Aggies (11-2) are aiming to bounce back from the shocking 79-57 defeat to Alabama on Saturday night in their SEC conference opener.
Meanwhile, the Gators (9-4), who are back in good form, following a patchy start to the season, will be hoping to build on their recent form and extend their current winning streak to four games.
Game time for this one is set for 9 pm ET, live on ESPN2 and streaming on the WatchESPN App.
It will be a ranked-v-ranked battle at Allen Fieldhouse in Lawrence, where No. 10 Kansas will play host to No. 21 Texas Tech in a Big 12 matchup.
The Jayhawks (11-2) opened Big 12 play on Friday with victory at Texas and made 17 3-pointers in that win.
The reigning conference champions have also won four straight and start tonight as a 7.5 point favorite against Texas Tech.
In the meantime, the Red Raiders (12-1) enter this one in good form, having won six straight and rolled past then-18th-ranked Baylor 77-53 on Friday night.
Tip-off time for this game is set for 9 pm and ESPN will provide the live television coverage. Streaming is also available on the WatchESPN App.
The ESPN3 schedule on Tuesday night will see 10 of the 12 games tipping-off at 7 pm and the other two set to start at 8 pm.
Sunshine state representatives North Florida and Jacksonville are both hosting travelers tonight.
The Dolphins will entertain Trinity Baptist at Swisher Gymnasium, while the Ospreys are also playing the Florida National Conquistadors, hoping to snap a four-game skid.
