Jamaica suffered a very disappointing 1-0 defeat to Mexico at home on Tuesday night and will have to turn around that result against the United States if they want to remain in the hunt for a place in next year’s World Cup finals in Brazil.

Reggae Boyz faithfuls voiced their concerns over the team’s struggles, but Jamaica’s head coach Theodore Whitmore remains confident.

“I can understand somewhat about the concern of the general public, but I can also assure you that all is not lost, he said in the Jamaica Observer.

“We did it already, and I sure know that we can do it again regardless of what the situation (is). I have every confidence in the players that I’ve selected,” he added.
