The fixtures will kick-off with the London derby clash between Chelsea and Tottenham at White Hart Lane.

Spurs are joint top of the EPL standings with 12 points after winning four of their five games of the season and manager Andre Villas-Boas is hoping his side will continue on the good form they’ve been in recently.

Striker Jermain Defoe, despite being in top form in his recent starts, is expected to return to the bench, as summer recruit Roberto Soldado is well set to go back into the starting XI after being on the bench in the midweek English League Cup win.

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho is yet to decide on whether to stick with Fernando Torres in his starting team after the Spanish international scored in the Cup game in midweek, or recall Samuel Eto’o to lead his attacking line.

Meanwhile, Manchester City, fresh from their 4-1 thrashing of Manchester United last week, visit Villa Park to take on Aston Villa, who is without leading striker Christian Benteke, who will be out for up to six weeks with a hip flexor injury.

At Craven Cottage Fulham play host to Cardiff City in a game the home is looking to snatch three points from after picking up just one point in their last four games.

Manchester United, who bounced back from the derby defeat with a League Cup win over Liverpool earlier this week, will play host to West Bromwich at Old Trafford, with striker Robin van Persie set for a recall after missing the last two games with a groin injury.

Elsewhere, leaders Arsenal look to maintain their place at the top with a win over Swansea City at the Liberty Stadium, Hull City and West Ham clash at The KC Stadium, while Southampton face off with Crystal Palace at St. Mary’s Stadium.
