LOS ANGELES, CA, Sporting Alert – A total of 10 NCAA college basketball games will be streaming live on ESPN3 on Thursday night, January 7.

The midweek schedule will tip-off at 7:00 p.m. ET with four games, including the battle between Notre Dame against Boston College at Silvio Conte Forum in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts.

Tipping off live on ESPN3.com at 7 as well are the clashes between Manhattan versus Canisius at Koessler Athletic Center in Buffalo, New York, Fairfield against Siena at Times Union Center in Albany, New York, South Dakota State at IUPUI at Indiana Farmers Coliseum in Indianapolis, Indiana and Troy against Georgia State at the GSU Sports Arena in Atlanta.

The matchup involving Notre Dame and Boston College will see two ACC sides looking for their first conference victory of the season.

The Eagles (7-7) were beaten 81-64 by Duke in their ACC conference opener, which snapped their four-game winning streak, while the Fighting Irish (9-4) were turned back 77-66 by Virginia in their league opening game.

Notre Dame which is scoring 78.1 points per game and allowing 68.4 on defense, comes into this game with a 1-1 record on the road, while Boston College which is putting up 67.2 per game and allowing 66.3, is 6-3 at home this season.

This for sure should be a close matchup, with the Fighting Irish shooting 49.5 percent from the floor and Boston doing 43.3 percent.

Individually, forward Zach Auguste is scoring 13.2 points and 9.8 rebounds per game for Notre Dame, while guard Eli Carter will guide the Boston College offense — as he is averaging 17.3 points, 4.5 rebounds and 4.5 assists per game.

AP TOP 25 LIVE GAME

Meanwhile, ESPN3.com will stream one game involving an AP Top 25 ranked side on Thursday.

This clash will come from the Pauley Pavilion in Los Angeles, California, where No. 7 Arizona and host UCLA will tip-off at 9:00 p.m. in a PAC-12 league game that will also broadcast live on ESPN2 and WatchESPN as well.

The Wildcats (13-1) are traveling to LA with a seven-game winning streak and are hoping to secure back-to-back road wins to open conference play.

The Bruins (9-6), on the other hand, have dropped two in a row, including PAC-12 league defeats to Washington and Washington State last week. They have also dropped three of their last four games.
