The Warriors (30-8) are without star forward Kevin Durant, while the Rockets (27-9) continue to be without star guard James Harden.
Durant misses tonight’s game with a strained right calf.
The forward hurt his right calf in the first quarter of Wednesday night’s victory over the Dallas Mavericks.
He managed to play through the pain, but has been ruled out for tonight.
Durant is averaging 25.9 points, 7.1 rebounds and 5.3 assists per game.

Meanwhile, Harden, the NBA scoring leader, has been ruled out for two weeks with a Grade 2 left hamstring strain and would be reevaluated after that.
Jonathan Feigen of the Houston Chronicle reports that he could miss up to six weeks.
Harden is averaging 32.3 points per game and sits second in assists per game with 9.1.
Eric Gordon replaces Harden in the lineup.
Houston is also without Nene, who will not play tonight because of a sore knee.
Andre Iguodala, though, will play tonight for Golden State after sitting out the win over the Mavericks with a lower back strain.
A Tweet from Warriors PR official account for Golden State, stated: “Injury report for tonight’s game at Houston: Kevin Durant (right calf strain) is out. Omri Casspi (mid back strain) is questionable.”
