NORWICH (Sporting Alert) — Manchester United boss David Moyes will have to decide on either moving Chris Smalling or start Fabio at the right-back position for the EPL trip to Norwich on Saturday at Carrow Road.

Rafael was forced to leave the field early in the win against Hull City because of a groin injury, while his replacement Antonio Valencia was sent off late in the same game.

This means that Smalling could be asked to move from centre-back to full-back with captain Nemanja Vidic set to return from an injury.

Michael Carrick could get a  return to the starting team after coming on as a substitute at Hull, but Phil Jones remains out for two weeks with a knee problem.

Forward Robin van Persie (thigh) is scheduled to have a late fitness test, although Moyes would rather hold him off for the clash with Tottenham.

For Norwich City, centre-half Michael Turner is out suspended, while Anthony Pilkington (hamstring), Alexander Tettey (ankle) and Elliott Bennett (knee) are all sidelined with injuries.
