MUNICH (Sporting Alert) — Bayern Munich midfielder Mario Gotze says his former Borussia Dortmund team-mate Marco Reus is keen on making a move to Manchester United.

Manchester United manager David Moyes is set to start rebuilding his team this summer and signing a few midfielders is hot on the list of things to do.

According to reports Moyes wants to bring Borussia Dortmund star Reus to Old Trafford and Gotze reveals that his fellow German team-mate is keen on moving to Manchester.

“When I was at Borussia, Marco wanted a move to Manchester United,” Gotze is quoted as saying in Sporting Life. “He hasn’t changed.”

It is also being reported that English Premier League leaders Liverpool are also interested in signing the 24-year-old, as they too seek to bolster their squad for upcoming season, which looks set to also include Champions League football.
