NAIA Soccer National Men’s Championship 1st Rnd Matchups

Sporting Alert – The opening round of the 57th annual NAIA Soccer National Men’s Championship gets underway on Saturday with 32 teams set for action.

First round matches will take place at campus locations on Saturday with 16 matches, with the 16 winners from the opening round advancing to the NAIA Soccer National Men’s Championship final site.

These games will take place from Nov. 30 – Dec. 5 at the Seacrest Soccer Complex in Delray Beach, Fla.

Defending national champion Davenport (Mich.) and the top-seeded Rio Grande (Ohio) are among the 16 teams hosting opening round matchups on Saturday.

Baker (Kan.), Campbellsville (Ky.), Columbia (Mo.), Corban (Ore.), Cumberland (Tenn.), Lindsey Wilson (Ky.), MidAmerica Nazarene (Kan.), Missouri Valley, Northwestern Ohio, Oklahoma Wesleyan, Rocky Mountain (Mont.), Science & Arts (Okla.), Union (Ky.) and Vanguard (Calif.) will also be entertaining.

Science & Arts comes into the NAIA Soccer National Men’s Championship Opening Round with the longest active win streak at 15-straight matches, while Oklahoma Wesleyan (19-1), under head coach Jamie Peterson, has a 13-match win streak heading into Saturday’s fixtures.
