FOXBOROUGH, Mass. — Tom Brady threw for 355 yards and two touchdowns in the fourth-quarter, and the New England Patriots stayed undefeated this season with a 30-23 win over the New York Jets on Sunday.

Brady, who went 34 of 54, passed for 355 yards without an interception and ran for a score in the win the Patriots (6-0).

The quarterback rushed for just 15 yards, but that was a team-high on the day.

“I should enjoy this because it probably will never happen again,” Brady told reporters afterwards.

Rob Gronkowski took 11 catches for 108 yards and a touchdown, while Danny Amendola took eight of his nine targets for 86 and a score for New England, which took a two-game lead in the AFC East over the Jets.

Ryan Fitzpatrick completed 22 of 39 passes for 295 yards and two touchdowns for the New York (4-2).

Jeremy Kerley and Chris Ivory each caught touchdown passes, while Eric Decker had six catches for 94 yards in the defeat for New York.


KANSAS CITY — Alex Smith went 21 of 32 for 251 yards and a touchdown and Charcandrick West rushed for 110 yards with a touchdown on 22 carries to help the Kansas City Chiefs stopped a five-game skid with a 23-13 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Travis Kelce had five catches for 73 yards, Albert Wilson took three catches for 71 yards, while Chris Conley caught six balls for 63 yards and a score.

Before Sunday’s win, the Chiefs (2-5) were on a dismal run, losing five of its regular games in a row after opening the season with a victory and went undefeated in preseason.

Landry Jones threw for 209 yards and a touchdown with two interceptions for the Steelers (4-3) who had a two-game winning streak snapped.

Le’Veon Bell had 17 carries for 121 yards and Antonio Brown took six catches for 124 yards for Pittsburgh.

Martavis Bryant also caught a pass for a score in the defeat.
