Westbrook is back in the starting line-up, replacing Reggie Jackson.

“I’m just happy to be back on the floor,” Westbrook said ahead of the Thunder home opener.

“Rehab is a tough process. I’m going to continue to rehab throughout the season, before the game, whatever I need to do to stay healthy throughout the year.

“It’s a tough process, but I’m thankful for . everybody that supported me throughout the process.”

Oklahoma City (1-1) will take on a new-look Phoenix (2-0) team which has started the season impressively, following their active movement during the trade this summer.

The Thunder comes into this game on the back of a 100-81 defeat at the Minnesota Timberwolves, while the picked up an 87-84 victory over the Utah Jazz in their last game.
