Green Bay Packers: NFC Wild-Card Scores

Packers v Cowboys NFL Week 6 Schedule: Oct. 16

GREEN BAY, Sporting Alert – The Green Bay Packers and Dallas Cowboys will battle in the highlighted NFL Week 6 at Lambeau Field.

Kick-off time for this game is at 4:05pm ET, and will be shown live on FOX, with and providing live online streaming coverage. ESPN NFL will also have live score updates, so too will

Vegas Insider listed the Packers as 5.5 point favourites to beat the Cowboys, but the pundits believe it will be much closer than that.

Dallas (4-1) heads into the game on a four-game winning streak, but rookie quarterback Dak Prescott, who has passed for 1,239 yards so far this season, could be in for trouble in Green Bay.

Prescott has been carrying himself very well in the absence of the injured Tony Romo – throwing for four touchdowns and running for another three scores in the four-game winning streak.

However, something tells me the former Mississippi State star will need to raise his game another level if the Cowboys are going to leave with a road win.

Rookie running back Ezekiel Elliott has also had an impressive start to his NFL career and he will be another player to watch on offense for Dallas.

The form Ohio State tailback has run for 546 yards on 109 carries with five touchdowns.

Meanwhile, Green Bay (3-1) enters this game on a two-game winning streak and defeated the New York Giants 23-16 last week.

According to ESPN’s Football Power Index, the Packers have a 75 percent chance of beating the Cowboys, a number that is third on the FPI list among teams that are most likely to win in Week 6.

Green Bay has dominated this series in recent meetings and will be looking for its sixth victory against Dallas, with four of those wins coming at Lambeau Field.

Veteran quarterback Aaron Rodgers has passed for nine touchdowns so far this season, but needs to take care of the ball a little more after throwing three interceptions and fumbling it three times.

In other NFL Week 6 matchups, the New England Patriots will take on the Cincinnati Bengals, a struggling Carolina Panthers travel to the New Orleans Saints, the Washington Redskins battle with the Philadelphia Eagles, while the Kansas City Chiefs are at the Oakland Raiders at Oakland Coliseum.

The Indianapolis Colts are at the Houston Texans in Sunday Night Football, live on NBC, with Monday Night Football seeing the New York Jets going to the Arizona Falcons and you can stream it live on WatchESPN.
