BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (Sporting Alert, Box Score) — Terry Rozier poured in a career-high 32 points — with 26 coming in the second half — in leading No. 4 Louisville to a 76-67 victory over Western Kentucky at E. A. Diddle Arena on Saturday.

Rozier shot 9 of 16 from the floor, including 3 of 6 from three-point range, went 11 of 13 from the free throw line, while pulling down five rebounds and three steals on a balanced day for the Cardinals.

Montrezl Harrell scored half of his tallied points in the opening three-minutes of the game and then ended with figures of 14 points and six rebounds before getting ejected for committing a flagrant-2 technical foul with 00:38 remaining in the first half.

Chris Jones added 10 points for Louisville (10-0), which shot 41.5 percent as a team from the field.

T.J. Price scored a game high 24 points on 7 of 19 attempts from the floor and grabbed seven rebounds in a losing effort for Western Kentucky, which dropped to 5-5 on the season with the defeat.

D.J. Clayton knocked down all four of his three-point attempts in collecting 14 points for the Hilltoppers, who was 10 of 23 from behind the arc.

Western Kentucky trailed by 13 points with 4:09 left in the first half, but then outscored the travelers 9-2 in the closing minutes to cut the deficit to just five points at halftime.

The Cardinals took a 29-24 lead into the interval.

Hilltoppers, which had a two game winning streak snapped, will next face Brescia on Dec. 27, also at E. A. Diddle Arena.

The fourth-ranked Cardinals will next host Cal State Northridge on Tuesday.
