LONDON (Sporting Alert) — Tottenham manager Tim Sherwood has decided to drop striker Roberto Soldado for today’s Barclays Premier League clash with Everton at White Hart Lane.

Emmanuel Adebayor will lead the attack with Paulinho and Moussa Dembele, who comes in for Soldado starting in midfield in Tottenham’s only change from the last outing.
Michael Dawson and Jan Vertonghen start in the heart of the defense as Spurs look to keep their push for a top four and Champions League spot.
Everton meanwhile, welcome back the return of Seamus Coleman and he starts in one of three changes made by Roberto Martinez from the side that picked up a 2-1 win over Aston Villa in the last outing.
Also coming in are Steven Pienaar and Steven Naismith, with Ross Barkley back on the bench.
On loan striker Gerard Deulofeu is back on the bench after returning from injury, while January signing Lacina Traore, also on loan, starts on the bench as well.
