Arsene Wenger has decided to recall striker Olivier Giroud to his starting lineup to lead the Arsenal attack.
Giroud, who came off the bench to score the equaliser against Manchester United in the English Premier League on Saturday, is part of a very strong Gunners starting XI.
Also named in the starting lineup is forward Alexis Sanchez, despite having a hamstring bother.
Elsewhere, David Ospina replaces Petr Cech between the sticks, while Kieran Gibbs and Alex Iwobi are also in the side.
Carl Jenkinson keeps his place at right-back, while Aaron Ramsey and Francis Coquelin are the selected players in the centre of midfield.
Shkodran Mustafi and Laurent Koscielny start in the heart of the defense with Mesut Ozil also starting.
For PSG, Thiago Motta, Lucas Moura and Edinson Cavani all start for the visitors who are hoping to clinch top spot in the group.
Blaise Matuidi, Marquinhos, Thiago Silva, Maxwell and Marco Verratti all start as well.
Arsenal and PSG finished 1-1 on 13 September and Wenger hopes his players can go out and get the job done this time at home.
“When you play 1-1 away from home and then you play at home it’s a luxury to be qualified after four games,” he said.
“Last year we had to battle until the end and this season we could finish the job after five games. That would mean we have done really well.”
He added: “Now, we have to finish the job at home. We played a draw there and now it is down to us to win the game.”
