(Sporting Alert) — Everton welcome back left-back Leighton Baines from injury to the starting lineup for today’s Barclays Premier League clash wit Southampton.

Also coming into the side is goalkeeper Joel Robles, who is handed his first Premier League start for Everton, starting in goal for Tim Howard, who is suspended.
Missing out as well is Gareth Barry, who is also banned, while defender Phil Jagielka is out with a hamstring injury.
Ross Barkley also starts today.
“Southampton are very dynamic, press from the front, defend with real spirit and have a lethal counter attack and we know we are facing one the best teams this season,” Everton manager Robert Martinez said ahead of the game.
For the Southampton, meanwhile, Kelvin Davis gets his first English Premier League start in goal in seven months.
Davis replaces Paulo Gazzaniga, while Dejan Lovren returns to the defence and Maya Yoshida dropping to the bench. James Ward-Prowse starts for Morgan Schneiderlin.
