AUSTIN, Sporting Alert – Another full schedule has been prepared in Week 2 on the college football schedule for Saturday.

Among the AP Top 25 teams on the schedule for Saturday are No. 1 Alabama, No. 2 Clemson, No. 3 Florida State and No. 4 Ohio State.

Defending national champions, the Crimson Tide, will go in search for their second victory of the season against Western Kentucky in their home opener at Bryant-Denny Stadium in Tuscaloosa.

Alabama caught fire in the second half to trash No. 20 USC 52-6 on Saturday, with true freshman quarterback Jalen Hurts throwing two touchdown passes to ArDarius Stewart and running for two more scores at AT&T Stadium in Arlington.

The Crimson Tide have a 94.7-percent chance of winning this game, according to ESPN’s Football Power Index.

Second-ranked Tigers, who picked up a tight 19-13 victory over Auburn on Saturday, seek their second win of the season when they go up against Troy at Memorial Stadium.

In other games Week 2 College Football games on Saturday, No. 3 Florida State takes on Charleston Southern at Doak Campbell Stadium, in Tallahassee, fourth-ranked Ohio State host Tulsa, while No. 5 Michigan entertain UCF at Michigan Stadium in Ann Arbor.

After knocking off the Oklahoma Sooners last week and climbed up the rankings, No. 6 Houston will host Lamar at TDECU Stadium, while No. 10 Wisconsin will face Akron at Camp Randall Stadium in Madison.

A very spirited No. 11 Texas squad will tackle UTEP at Royal Texas Memorial Stadium in Austin. The Longhorns beat Notre Dame last week and looked impressive doing so as well.
