Henrikh Mkhitaryan signs for Manchester United

MANCHESTER, Sporting Alert – Jose Mourinho has made two changes to his Manchester United team, while Pep Guardiola has handed a Manchester City debut to Claudio Bravo for today Manchester derby.

After revealing that all his players were healthy and available, Mourinho made two adjustments to his starting lineup for Week 4 in the English Premier League, with Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Jesse Lingard both getting starting places.

Mkhitaryan, was a doubt with a knee problem, has shaken off those concerns to start for Juan Mata, while Lingard replaces Anthony Martial on the left side.

Marouane Fellaini keeps his place in the side to start alongside Paul Pogba in the central midfield, while Luke Shaw is also fit and will join Antonio Valencia, Eric Bailly and Daley Blind in the same back for that has started the previous three English Premier League matches this season.

Wayne Rooney and Zlatan Ibrahimovic start in the attack for Manchester United.

Marcus Rashford, who scored the winner against Hull City and netted a hat-trick for England Under-23s in the week, is on the bench.

Meanwhile, goalkeeper Bravo starts in goal for Manchester City and will make his debut for the Citizens, following his transfer move in the summer from Spanish champions Barcelona.

With Sergio Aguero out suspended, Kelechi Iheanacho has been handed the chance to lead the attack for Guardiola’s men, while Bacary Sagna and Aleksandar Kolarov are the starting full-backs for today’s clash.

“It means a lot to me to play in the Manchester derby, it’s a dream come true,” Iheanacho said. “The way we train, it gives me a lot of confidence to play.

“It would be a great feeling to score.”

Guardiola said: “Iheanacho is our striker, I am excited for him. He can play there, we had other options but our striker is Iheanacho. He is with us, I have faith.”

German summer signing Leroy Sane starts on the bench and could make his debut today for Manchester City.
