ESPN3 Schedule And AP Top 25 Games On Jan. 10

MIAMI, FL -- College basketball ESPN3 schedule and AP Top 25 games on the fixtures for Wednesday, Jan. 10. No. 1 Villanova v No. 10 Xavier, while No. 4 Michigan State and No. 7 Duke are also listed on the schedule today as they seek to bounce back from weekend respective defeats.

MIAMI, FL — College basketball ESPN3 schedule and AP Top 25 games on the fixtures for Wednesday, Jan. 10. No. 1 Villanova v No. 10 Xavier, while No. 4 Michigan State and No. 7 Duke look to bounce back from weekend respective defeats.

A total of 18 games are listed on the ESPN3 schedule for today, while five games involving top 25 ranked teams are also on the program.

A host of games on the ESPN3 schedule are set to tip-off at 7:00 pm ET, with Albany, Wofford and Furman among the teams down to get underway at that time.

Missouri State and Loyola-Chicago are also on the schedule today with both programs hoping to shake off their recent hiccups and return to their respective mid and early season form.

The Bears (13-4, 3-1 Missouri Valley Conference) have won four of the last five games, but were handed a first conference defeat this season by Illinois State.

On Wednesday, they will travel to Evansville with a 67 percent chance of bouncing back, according to ESPN’s Basketball Power Index.

Meanwhile, the Loyola Chicago Ramblers (12-4, 2-2 Missouri Valley Conference), who snapped a five-game skid on the road in league play with a 61-57 win over Indiana State a week ago, will take on Illinois State on the road today and will start with a 58 percent chance of winning this game, according to ESPN’s Basketball Power Index.

In the AP Top 25 schedule, No. 1 Villanova and No. 10 Xavier will battle in the lone ranked v ranked contest on the day.

The Wildcats (14-1, 2-1 Big East) recently returned to the pole position in the rankings this week, while the Musketeers (15-2, 3-1) fell five places after their 10-game winning streak was snapped by Providence at the weekend.

Tonight’s game will take place at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, and live coverage will be on Fox Sports 1.

Also on the schedule today are No. 4 Michigan State which features against Rutgers at Breslin Center in East Lansing, seeking to rebound from the loss to Ohio State on Sunday, while No. 7 Duke travels to Pittsburgh live on ESPN2, hoping to bounce back from the defeat to NC State on Saturday.

Elsewhere, No. 16 TCU goes to Texas, while No. 23 Florida State entertains Louisville at Donald L. Tucker Center in Tallahassee.
