LIVERPOOL (Sporting Alert) — Undefeated Everton will look to stay that way when they take on Newcastle United in the English Premier League at Goodison Park on Monday night.

Striker Romelu Lukaku start for Everton after coming on as substitutes in the victory over West Ham, while fellow summer recruit James McCarthy is also named in Roberto Martinez’s starting XI.

Nikica Jelavic and Steven Naismith are the players who have made way for the pair and they are on the bench.

Meanwhile, for Newcastle Yoan Gouffran and Cheick Tiote, who both impressed manager Alan Pardew in the team’s Capital One Cup victory over Leeds United last week, have kept their places in the starting line-up for tonight’s contest.

On load striker Loic Remy leads the attack tonight, with Papiss Cisse named on the bench, alongside midfielder Yohan Cabaye.

Hatem Ben Arfa, Moussa Sissoko, Mathieu Debuchy, Fabricio Coloccini and Vurnon Anita all start as well, while Gabriel Obertan and Sammy Ameobi substitutes.
