EUGENE, Ore. (Sporting Alert) — Sixteen finals are set for the fourth and final day of action at the 2013 NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships at Oregon’s Hayward Field on Saturday.
Amongst the finals on for today are the men’s and women’s 200m dashes as well as the sprint and quarter-mile relays.
The men’s and women’s Women 1500m finals are also on the schedule for today as the top teams in the nation hunt the overall team title this season.
Action in the field events will be the men’s Triple Jump, as defending champion and Florida Gators senior Omar Craddock jump in flight two of the competition.
Meanwhile, Kansas leads the women’s overall team score after three days of competition, while Southern California and Texas are tied on the men’s side coming into today’s final day.
Kansas Jayhawks have 48 points, 15 more points than Oregon, who are on 33, with Arizona State sitting third on 26pts.
On the men’s side USC and Texas head into the Saturday action with 32 points each.
