Kemba Walker Paced Bobcats Past Cavaliers, 90-84

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (Sporting Alert) -- Kemba Walker scored 23 points and Michael Kidd-Gilchrist added 15 and the Charlotte Bobcats beat the Cleveland Cavaliers 90-84 at Time Warner Cable Arena Friday night.

Walker, who shot 8 for 14 from the floor, including 3 of 6 from three-pointers, also added seven assists, four rebounds and three steals in the victory.

Bismack Biyombo added 11 points and 10 boards for the Bobcats, while Gerald Henderson finished with 10 points.

C.J. Miles led Cleveland with 22 points, with Tristan Thompson putting in 21 points and 11 rebounds and Kyrie Irving adding 16 points and seven assists in the defeat for the visitors.

Jarrett Jack collected 15 points.
