Live Coverage of Jamaica Track and Field Championships - June 26

KINGSTON -- The 2014 Jamaica Senior Track and Field Championships will get underway on Thursday with live blogging and daily updates coming from Kingston. The championships is set to start on June 26 and concluded on June 29.

The likes of World record holder Usain Bolt and training partner Yohan Blake will both miss the championships, but there are still a lot of world-class athletes on the schedule.

Former World 100m record holder Asafa Powell, Veronica Campbell-Brown, Warren Weir, Nesta Carter, Hansle Parchment, Novlene Williams-Mills, Kaliese Spencer, Sherone Simpson, Kerron Stewart, and Michael Frater will be all in action during the four day event, with several athletes eyeing Commonwealth Games places.
