PHOENIX (Sporting Alert) — Eric Bledsoe and Gerald Green each scored 15 points and the Phoenix Suns beat an Oklahoma City Thunder team that played without Kevin Durant, 88-76 in a preseason game Tuesday night.
Bledsoe also seven assists, six rebounds and two steals in the win for the Suns which improved to 4-2 in preseason action.
P.J. Tucker added 13 points, Channing Frye had 12 and nine rebounds and Archie Goodwin finished with 11 in the win for Phoenix, who had Markieff Morris ejected in the third quarter for a flagrant foul two for throwing an elbow at OKC forward Serge Ibaka.
Reggie Jackson scored 18 points for the Thunder, with Jeremy Lamb finishing with 13 points and nine boards, Perry Jones had 12 points and Ibaka added 11 in the defeat.
Besides Durant, Oklahoma City played without Nick Collison and Derek Fisher as well, who were given the night off by head coach Scott Brooks.
OKC are 4-2 in preseason.
