LONDON (Sporting Alert) — Arsenal beat Crystal Palace to return to the top of the English Premier League standings on Sunday.
Arsene Wenger’s side is on 55 points, two more than the free-scoring Manchester City, who face Chelsea in what is expected to be a very interesting match up at Etihad Stadium on Monday.
Manchester City are sitting second in the standings with 53 points, while Chelsea are third with 50pts.
The top four is completed by Liverpool, who have 47pts and continue to hold the upper hand on the likes of Everton, Tottenham and Manchester United.
Meanwhile, Fulham, West Ham United and Cardiff City continue to sit in the relegation zone.
