LONDON, Sporting Alert – Top goalscorers in the English Premier League ahead of the Week 11 set of fixtures this coming weekend.
Chelsea forward Diego Costa heads the list of goalscorers with eight strikes and the Spain international is returning to his best form at the right time for manager Antonio Conte.
Sitting right behind him is another man in blue and one with previous Blues blood, Romelu Lukaku, who now suits up for Everton.
Lukaku, who was linked with a move back to Chelsea this summer before deciding to stay at Goodison Park, has so far scored seven times.
The Belgian and Costa will face-off in our featured game on Saturday when Chelsea host Everton at Stamford Bridge in the English Premier League.
Also among the top goalscorers in the English Premier League at the moment is Sergio Aguero of Manchester City and he is on seven goals as well.
Aguero scored twice in the 4-0 win over West Bromwich Albion last week and the Argentine will be looking to add to his tally when City and Middlesbrough battle on Saturday.
Arsenal forwards Alexis Sanchez and Theo Walcott are on six and five goals respectively, with Eden Hazard (Chelsea), Jermain Defoe (Sunderland) and Michail Antonio (West Ham United) also on five goals.
Philippe Coutinho leads three other Liverpool players with four goals so far, with Zlatan Ibrahimovic of Manchester United who has taken 41 shots at goal this season, also scoring four goals.
