LONDON — The following are the top scorers in the English Premier League after the latest matches on Monday.
Leading the way after the latest round of matches are Alexis Sanchez of Arsenal, Romelu Lukaku of Everton and Tottenham’s Harry Kane, who are all on 17 goals in the Premier League.
Kane quickly joined the leading pack with a hat-trick on Sunday in the 4-0 victory over Stoke City and the England international who has scored at least 20 goals in all competitions for the third successive season, is backing himself as one of the best strikers in the world.
Diego Costa of Chelsea has scored 16 English Premier League goals so far this season, while Manchester United inform striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic has netted 15 already in his first season in England.
Also reaching double-digit in scoring already this season are Jermain Defoe (Sunderland) with 14 goals,
Dele Alli (Tottenham Hotspur) with Sadio Mane (Liverpool) has scored 12, Sergio Aguero (Manchester City) is on 11 and Eden Hazard (Chelsea).
