MILAN (Sporting Alert) — Two goals and an assists from attacking midfielder Kaka and another goal from Bryan Christante carried AC Milan to a 3-0 victory over Atalanta in the Italian Serie A at San Siro on Monday.
Brazilian star Kaka opened the scoring for AC Milan in the 35th minute when he timed his run perfectly to guide home past Andrea Consigli from a tight angle, following a pass from Urby Emanuelson, who sent a well weighted through ball on a fast break.
The goal was Kaka’s 100th strike in an AC Milan shirt.
Kaka made it 2-0 for Milan in the 65th minute when he pounced on a deflection off Robinho to fire home a left footed shot from close range.
Two-minutes later it was 3-0, as Kaka turned provider for Cristante to score in the easy victory.
