PHILADELPHIA (Sporting Alert) — Saturday is set for a lively day of LIVE track & field action with the Drake Relays and USA vs. the World at the Penn Relays both airing live on national television.
Besides FloPro and Flotrack live streaming coverages, NBC Sports Network and USATF.TV are set to provide live broadcasting of over four hours on Saturday.
Track and field fans can follow the action live from Drake Relays on USATF.TV, which begins its coverage at 1:30 p.m. ET on Saturday before NBCSN pick up the action at 3 p.m. ET.
Online supporters will be able to tune back to the live streaming from USATF.TV for The Cool Down at 5 p.m. ET, which includes post-event highlights, exclusive athlete interviews and behind-the-scenes content.
Meanwhile, NBCSN will begin its coverage from the 2015 Penn Relay Carnival in Philadelphia at 12:30 p.m. ET and this will run until 3:00 p.m. ET.
Among the highlighted events on the schedule for Saturday are the USA vs. the World BMW Men’s 4×100-meter relay as well as the Nike USA vs. the World Women 4×100-meter relay.
Another event to watch is the High School Boys’ 4×100 Championship of America race, which includes Calabar, who has been blazing the track all season, Kingston College, St. Jago, St. George’s and St. Elizabeth Tech.
Calabar, who ran 3:06.76 in the 4x400m to win at Champs 2015 will also be hoping to do the double on Saturday.
