Juan Mata, Darren Fletcher, Marouane Fellaini, Ashley Young, Shinji Kagawa and Alexander Buttner all start for the champions, as Moyes makes several adjustments from the side that won 3-0 over Olympiakos in the midweek Champions League fixture.
Making way tonight are Ryan Giggs, Rio Ferdinand, Antonio Valencia, Patrice Evra, Robin van Persie and Danny Welbeck, with Michael Carrick coming in to play at center-back alongside Phil Jones, with Fellaini also set to play in that role as well.
David Moyes said: “We’ve lost Robin van Persie for four or five weeks and Rio Ferdinand has a bad back so we are stretched.
“I am asking Michael Carrick and Marouane Fellaini to both fill in at centre-back today.
“We didn’t think Robin’s injury was serious after the game in midweek but it’s a sprained knee and it’s a big, big blow.”

For West Ham United, meanwhile, they make two changes from the side which suffered a 3-1 defeat at Stoke the last time out.
Antonio Nocerino and Winston Reid are dropped to the bench, with Matty Taylor and James Collins coming into the starting XI.
