Who will win the Champions League? – Football Odds have Bayern

Bayern Munich fans cheer their team on

LONDON (Sporting Alert) — Bayern Munich remains the leading contenders to lift the Champions League trophy this season, according to the football Odds favorites from Sky Bet, following Monday’s last round of 16 draw.

The German leaders and holders are priced at 5/2 to reclaim the title they won last season with Spanish La Liga giants Real Madrid and Barcelona at 9/2 and 5/1.

Interestingly, English Premier League side Manchester City has seen changes in their prices, as after drawing Barcelona, Manuel Pellegrini’s men are now at 16/1 to go all the way and win the crown. But a victory over Barcelona or a good result in the first leg would certainly change things for the EPL side.

Meanwhile, Arsenal, after drawing Bayern Munich are down to 28/1 and would need something special to even qualify beyond the last 16.

Elsewhere, Chelsea are priced at 12/1, while Manchester United, after drawing the 400/1 Olympiacos in the first knock out phase, are at 14/1.

However, according to the football insiders, the Odds could change, should David Moyes managed to bring in any top players who wouldn’t be ineligible, or should the EPL side managed to get things together and find a consistent winning form.
