LONDON, Sporting Alert — Chelsea and Manchester United starting line-ups for today’s English Premier League game at Stamford Bridge on Sunday.
Jose Mourinho has decided to name exactly the same starting line-up as the win over Tottenham, which sees Marcus Rashford keeping his place ahead of to Anthony Martial, who scored the winner off the bench in that game.
Mourinho has also decided to stick with a back-three so Chris Smalling, Phil Jones and Eric Bailly will be the main protections for David de Gea in a 3-4-1-2 formation.
Antonio Valencia and Ashley Young are the wing-backs, with Ander Herrera and Nemanja Matic the midfield holders behind Henrikh Mkhitaryan.
Romelu Lukaku and Rashford will lead the attack again.
Meanwhile, Chelsea boss Antonio Conte has made three changes to his side with midfielder N’Golo Kante, who returns from injury the notable adjustment.
Andreas Christensen and Gary Cahill also come in, while Conte has decided to drop David Luiz from the squad altogether.
Tiemoue Bakayoko, Cesc Fabregas, Alvaro Morata and Eden Hazard start as well for the Blues, who will be hoping to bounce back from the 3-0 defeat to Roma in the Champions League in midweek.
Martial, Jesse Lingard, Daley Blind and Marouane Fellaini, who is back from injury, are among the Manchester United substitutes.
Red Devils star midfielder Paul Pogba remains out through injury.
Manchester United are eight points behind leaders Manchester City, who beat Arsenal 3-1 in the earlier game.
Chelsea are fourth in the standings on 19 points.
