Kentucky College Basketball Top 25 Rankings ESPN3

TEXAS, Sporting Alert - College basketball live streaming and TV channels for the games on Saturday, January 23. Live ESPN, ESPN3 and WatchESPN coverage available.

No. 1 Oklahoma will try to bounce back from the defeat to No. 19 Iowa State on Monday when it takes on No. 13 Baylor in a college basketball Big 12 fixture at Ferrell Center in Waco.

The Sooners (15-2, 4-2 Big 12) fell 82-77 to Iowa State on Monday, hours after moving top of the AP Top 25 college basketball rankings.

Come Saturday, the men from Norman will try to bounce back immediately, with leading contributor Buddy Hield, who is averaging 26.1 points, 5.6 rebounds and 2.5 assists, while shooting 51.4 percent this season -- expected to be the main man again for the travelers.

The Bears (15-3, 5-1 Big 12) currently sit atop of the conference standings with five wins from six league games, while they head into the matchup with a 12-0 home record.

Since losing to then-No. 2 Kansas, Baylor has won five straight, but it's Oklahoma who is favored by 2-points to seal the road win.

Live coverage of this game will be on ESPN and it's an early tip-off -- which gets going at 11:00 AM CT.

Fellow top-five club, third-ranked Kansas, will look to stay undefeated at home when it plays host to Texas in another Big 12 college basketball battle in Lawrence.

The Jayhawks (15-3, 4-2 Big 12) are 10-0 this season at the Allen Fieldhouse, but will not be complacent against the Longhorns (12-6, 4-2) who are coming off a big win at Oklahoma State.

Kansas starts as 12-point favorites, but if each team's form holds out, then I cannot see the spread being that large. I expect Texas to be a tougher opponent than the bookies are predicting.

Meanwhile, No. 11 Michigan State, No. 20 and No. 23 Kentucky all need victories on Saturday with the trio struggling with poor form recently.

The Blue Devils (14-5, 3-3 ACC) have been out of sort in recent outings -- shockingly losing three games in a row, so have the Spartans (16-4, 3-4 Big 10) who will meet No. 7 Maryland at Breslin Center in East Lansing.

Duke will take on NC State (11-8) and another defeat this weekend would more than likely take them out of the top 20 rankings.

Kentucky (14-4, 4-2 SEC) takes a 10-0 home record into its battle with Vanderbilt (11-7), with the Wildcats having no more room for another defeat.

Elsewhere, in college basketball news, Divisional I lone undefeated team, No. 8 SMU (18-0) will have to wait to try to extend its winning streak to 19 straight, as the clash against Temple (10-7) has been postponed because of bad weather.

Also off today is the matchup between No. 16 Providence and No. 4 Villanova.
