Eagles at Redskins, Texans at Chargers: TV Channels and NFL Schedule – Sept. 9

(Sporting Alert) — Following Sunday’s demanding schedule, the NFL fixture continues on Monday night with two more games to close out Week One.

Both games will be streamed live on WatchESPN.com, ESPN Deportes, as well as live TV coverage on ESPN.

The first game in Monday Night Football in the 2013-14 campaign will see the Robert Griffin III and the Washington Redskins entertaining the Philadelphia Eagles at FedEx Field at 6:55 pm ET.

There have been reported tensions between the star quarterback and head coach Mike Shanahan over his preparations following his comeback from injuries, but the former Baylor star moved quickly to squash them.

“I just want everybody to know that if there’s any questions about a rift between me and coach, or if there’s a conflict, there is no conflict,” he was quoted as saying.

“Coaches coach, I’m a player. Coach has a plan and I’m abiding by that plan. I’m doing everything that they ask me to do.

“I trust those guys. They want me to have a long career and that’s what this part of this plan is about.”

Meanwhile, the second game on the night comes from the Qualcomm Stadium, where the Houston Texans visit the San Diego Chargers, a game that kicks-off live at 10:15 pm ET on ESPN and WatchESPN.com.
