Among the starters tonight for Real Madrid are Isco, Cristiano Ronaldo, Karim Benzema, Luka Modric and Sergio Ramos, who returns to the starting XI, while Raphael Varane is on the bench.

There is no Gareth Bale, who is out because of an injury, while Iker Casillas, as expected remains on the bench, with Diego Lopez still the man preferred in goal.

Fabio Coentrao, who almost joined Manchester United in the summer on loan, has also been selected to start in the backline, with Sami Khedira and Angel di Maria also in the squad.
