FINAL RESULT: NBA Preseason Scores – Oct. 7

MIAMI (Sporting Alert) — The following are the scores and results from the NBA preseason games that took place on Monday night.

There were victories on the night for the Miami Heat, the Los Angeles Clippers, the Chicago Bulls and the New Orleans Pelicans.

Miami, playing without several players, including Dwyane Wade, Udonis Haslem, Chris Andersen, Greg Oden and Michael Beasley, beat the Atlanta Hawks 92-87, with Chris Bosh leading the way with 21 points on 7-for-8 shooting from the field.

Elsewhere on the night, the Toronto Raptors beat the Celtics, 97-89 in Brad Stevens in preseason debut with Boston, Doc Rivers opened his preseason campaign as the new LA Clipper coach with an 89-81 win over the Portland Trail Blazers, while the Chicago Bulls got by the Memphis Grizzles, 106-87.

In other results, Eric Bledsoe scored 22 points in leading the Phoenix Suns, 130, to a victory over Maccabi Haifa, 89.
