Iker Casillas gets the start in goal tonight, while Luka Modric, Isco, Mesut Ozil, Sergio Ramos and Sami Khedira all start as well for the Spanish La Liga side.
Tim Howard starts in goal for Everton and he could face busy times tonight with the attacking options of Real Madrid.
Kevin Mirallas, Marouane Fellaini, Leighton Baines and Arouna Kone all start for the Blues as well.
Nikica Jelavic is amongst the starters on the bench.
Meanwhile, Everton manager Robert Martinez insists that the English Premier League side will not get too caught up into facing Real Madrid tonight.
The Spanish coach says his team, which defeated Juventus to get to this stage, knows exactly what needs to be done in these preseason games and he backs his players to focus on accomplishing the task.
“It is exciting, especially from the outside; Real Madrid as an institution is always a great fixture,” the manager told Evertontv.
“But we are still looking internally at what we want to do and what targets we want to achieve.
“We are still trying to get as fit as we can for the start of the season and a it’s a great game to evaluate and try different things on the pitch.
“We had a lot of feedback that the fans really enjoyed the Juventus performance and as we said before, it is a great games programme – but it is pre-season and another chance to get those final tweaks in their performances.”
