MIAMI, FL (15-Jan) — The latest SEC men’s basketball results and scores from the games played Saturday, January 15. There were wins on the day for No. 4 Alabama, No. 21 Auburn and Vanderbilt upset No. 15 Arkansas, while No. 5 Tennessee were downed by Kentucky.

The shock of the day came at the Thompson-Boling Arena in Knoxville, where Kentucky stunned fifth-ranked Tennessee 63-56 with Antonio Reeves scoring 18 points with four rebounds and Oscar Tshiebwe adding 15 points and 13 rebounds for the Wildcats (11-6, 2-3 SEC) .

Meanwhile, Vanderbilt beat No. 15 Arkansas 97-84. Tyrin Lawrence scored 22 points with five rebounds, Jordan Wright scored 17 points, Myles Stute posted 15 points and seven rebounds, with Liam Robbins adding 14, and Trey Thomas 13 in the win for the Commodores (9-8, 2-2 in the SEC).

Ricky Council IV led all players with 24 points for the Razorbacks (12-5, 1-4 SEC). Anthony Black added 18 points and six rebounds, and Davonte Davis ended with 17 points in the defeat.

In other SEC men’s basketball results and scores, No. 20 Missouri suffered a 73-64 defeat to Florida, No. 4 Alabama hammered LSU 106-66, No. 21 Auburn beat Mississippi State 69-63, while Texas A&M had a 94-53 victory over South Carolina.
